To ensure that the equipment is safe to use and to replace any equipment that poses risk of failure. Also a legislative requirement to ensure that the corrective equipment are being utilised at the site as per the risk assessments that is also a legislative requirement for the tasks to be performed and to aplly a rescue limiting the timeously response to ensure that lifes are placed at minimum risk.
